Our Pricing

Option A: Trailer Rental Only

  • Trailer Rental: $750 per event

  • Delivery: Within Perimeter Highway - $50 each way. Outside Perimeter Highway - contact for quote. Trailer can also be picked up and brought back by renter for free.

  • Liquor licenses/permits, alcohol, mixes, drinkware, etc. are responsibility of renter. Decorations and bar equipment are included.

  • Damage & Cleaning Deposit: $200 due 72 hours in advance of event. Will be refunded in full if unit is returned fully cleaned and in good condition.

  • Deposit: 50% due upon booking to hold the date. Full payment due 72 hours in advance of event.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of event will result in forfeit of deposit, cancellations after full payment will not be refunded.

Option B: Trailer & Bartending Service & Supplies

  • Trailer Rental: $650 per event

  • Delivery is included within city limits. Event outside Perimeter Highway - contact for quote.

Corkage Fees (if supplied):

  • First 50 attendees included in rental.

  • 50+ attendees: $8 per person

  • Children 12 and under: $2.00 per child

  • Corkage includes: all mixes, garnishes, drinkware, napkins, straws and decorations.

Bartenders:

  • Bartenders: $30/hour per bartender (minimum 2 bartenders per event)

  • Plus Gratuities

  • Liquor Licenses, permits, ice and cost of alcohol are responsibility of renter if required.

  • 1-74 attendees: $6 per person

  • 75+ attendees: $8 per person

  • Children 12 and under: $2.00 per child

  • Corkage includes: all mixes, garnishes, drinkware napkins, straws and decorations.

  • Liquor Licenses, permits, ice and cost of alcohol and supplies are responsibility of renter.
